• Internet registration period: July 25, 2017 (9:00 a.m.) - August 6, 2017 (11:59 p.m.)(Japan time)
• Application submission period: August 1-7, 2017 (arriving at the school no later than 5:00 p.m.)
• Application fee payment deadline: August 6, 2017 (11:59 p.m.)
• Interview date：September 1, 2017 (Video interview is available for overseas applicants)
• Announcement of successful applicants：September 15, 2017 (10:00 a.m.)

◆ Special Scholarship Program for GAC Students will be provided from April 2018!

1. Japanese Government Scholarship (MEXT: Ministry of Education)
■ Stipend: 117,000 yen/month
■ Admission Fee & Tuition: Full Exemption
■ Benefit Period: 1 year + Additional year(s) (after screening)

2. Honors Scholarship from MEXT (JASSO)
■ Stipend: 48,000 yen/month
■ Benefit Period: 1 year

Up to 10 students (5 for MEXT scholarship, 5 for Honors Scholarship)
Toyohashi University of Technology has a guaranteed quota for new GAC students*.
