Global Leaders' Seminar is a special seminar for GAC master students to learn skills of understanding issues in a globalized society, devising solutions, and smooth discussions.
Until last year, it was held as a four-day intensive seminar, however, this year it has changed to one-day intensive seminar and actual practice.
The seminar, which was held on October 3rd, was given by a native English speaking lecturer in English. The students learned about "Team Building & Followership" , "Effective Facilitation Skills", "Psychological Safety", and "Fostering Ownership & Accountability". Students were divided into groups and had discussions about each topic and gave a presentation at the end.
These skills they learned at the seminar will be used at their actual practice.
